Cozy Cat Cottage Adoption Center is a non-profit, 501(c)(3), no-kill organization that provides refuge, aid, and care for abandoned, injured, abused, or lost cats and kittens in Central Ohio while finding them permanent, responsible, loving homes.  The Center cares for more than 200 cats and kittens daily at the shelter in Powell, Ohio, with dozens more kittens in foster care who are too young for adoption.  Cozy Cat Cottage receives no local, state, or federal funding and maintains operations through the generosity of its members and fundraising events held throughout the year. 

Cozy Cat Cottage provides opportunities for community volunteers, school groups, and seniors to visit with the cats at the shelter, which helps the cats become better socialized and more adoptable.  Cats admitted to CCC have a home for life at the shelter until adopted. At Cozy Cat Cottage, we believe our pets make us better people wherever the journey takes us. 

Our adoption screening process is designed to ensure that each cat is placed in a responsible, loving home with an adopter who is prepared to ​provide the cat with a permanent home.
